Office: Zdrojowa Street 32, 57-350 Kudowa-Zdrój. Office contact hours: daily 08:00-20:00. Reception (in season): 08:00-22:00. In case of an emergency, a 24-hour emergency phone is available.

Yes — booking directly (by phone or through the website) guarantees the best offer and a 10% discount. Additionally, direct bookings may receive up to PLN 500 depending on current promotions.

What are the payment options?

We accept bank transfers (bank: Santander, Kłodzko branch, account number PL67 1090 2327 0000 0001 3596 1373, SWIFT: WBKPPLPP) and, depending on the property, cash payments. Exact payment terms are provided with the specific reservation offer.

Do you require prepayment and what is the cancellation policy?

Prepayment and cancellation rules vary depending on the chosen offer. For direct offers there is an option for free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (if the offer provides it). Details can be found with the specific reservation or by asking reception.

Can I receive an invoice for my stay?

Yes — in most properties it is possible to issue an invoice. Please request an invoice at the time of booking or before check-out.

Accepted Answer

We normally offer a 10% discount for phone or online bookings. Additionally, there are spring discounts up to 20%, "gain up to PLN 500" promotions for direct bookings, and a 15% discount on trips to Prague, Adršpach and other destinations.

Yes — we have seasonal packages, for example "SUMMER in Kudowa." Details and current offers can be found on the Special Offers section of the website or by calling the Reservations Office.

Yes — for example, for an 8 days / 7 nights stay we offer a 15% discount for phone bookings. Conditions may vary depending on the date and property.

What technical and service support do you offer owners?

We provide minor renovations and repairs — a technician is available 7 days a week year-round. The service also includes cleaning, laundry, restocking supplies, as well as photo sessions and descriptions prepared by HoReCa specialists.

Does the owner have access to the calendar and reports?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the owner receives access to an online reservation calendar (cloud PMS) with 24-hour control: calendar, prices and revenue. Additionally, we prepare monthly settlement reports.

What are the financial and marketing benefits?

We offer active revenue management (pricing and sales control), publication on all OTA channels and our own booking engine / channel manager. We also invest in professional photography and local promotion — the goal is to maximize revenue for the owner.
